I’m sure most of you are aware of the report we have written regarding the ever-mounting lawsuits that have been following, Brilliant Technologies, Qtrax and Alan Klepfisz around. Well, TMV have an update on two fronts. But first let me be very clear, TMV have no problem with new models and always wish them the best. But we do not condone people or companies that use a modus operandi like Qtrax.
Last week Alan Klepfisz wrote a long post on the Qtrax blog stating that yes, he was not perfect and that delays had occurred with the global launch and so on. Alan made a quite clear poke at both myself and fellow TMV columnist Wayne Rosso’s, reporting of his legal woes in each of our respective blogs. Alan has offered “an off the record chat”, but what use is that when there are so many questions that need answering?” We will quite happily report “on the record” but that is it.
According to court papers filed on 16th July by Las Vegas Wall Street Group LLC, a motion for contempt of court against, Allan Klepfisz, Qtrax, Inc and Qtrax Inc has been filed in the New York Supreme court. This case relates to his modus operandi outlined in our previous reports – essentially means non-payment of judgement or payment by cheques that ‘bounce”.
